When PNG to PDF Is the Right Move

PNG is the best format for screenshots, logos and any image with sharp edges or transparency — it preserves pixels perfectly. The downside is that PNG files are not great for sharing as a finished deliverable: they get sent as zip archives, displayed at unpredictable sizes by email clients, and lose their order when there are several. PDF fixes all of that. A single PDF can contain dozens of PNGs in a fixed order, opens identically on any device, and gets through email filters that strip image attachments. Tips for Better PNG to PDF Results
