Zaqta provides browser-based tools to help you transform and manage documents. Some features may run entirely in your browser; others may rely on servers for processing.
Where technically possible, processing happens in your browser and files are not uploaded. If a feature requires server processing, we process your files only to provide the requested operation and delete them within a reasonable time after completion.
Most tools are available without an account. If we later offer paid features or accounts, additional terms (pricing, billing, cancellation, refunds) will be presented before purchase and will form part of these Terms.
Zaqta and its logos, interfaces, and code are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software.
Zaqta is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee error-free operation, specific outcomes, or permanent availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaqta and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or reputation, arising from your use of the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold Zaqta harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms.
We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be effective when posted. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec, Canada. The exclusive venue for disputes is the courts located in Montréal, Québec.
